Hi and many thanks for stopping by our website.

We are Dashkwik British Shorthair cat breeders based in Cumbria, North West England. We are small hobby breeders who specialise in mainly British blues but we also breed liliacs and are hoping for some cream kittens soon, as our stud cat Bailey is a beautiful cream.

We mainly breed our cats for showing although we sometimes have British Shorthair kittens for sale. Being based up near the borders of Scotland, we live on a smallholding with goats, cattle, dogs hens,rabbits etc. and run a boarding facility for rabbits and guineapigs so animals are definatly very much a part of our life.

We currently have one stud boy - Bailey - now a GCCF Registered Champion, and has already gained his first grand champion certificate. In addition to this we also have four queens - Ellie, Maisy, Venus and Honey and you can find out more about our cats by taking a look at our girls and boys page.
